We are a group of operators and investors, led by Jerrod Bailey, a 20 year veteran operator and entrepreneur in high-growth tech startups with experience across B2B/enterprise, SaaS and services across Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Legal, and other industries. We are friendly, native Phoenicians looking to acquire and operate small businesses with consistent track records.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We like both tech (SaaS) and non-tech. We seek simple B2B businesses with strong fundamentals, but typically too small for the big PE firms. We are operators ourselves and want to build on, innovate and optimize on top of what you've already created. Our optimal EBITDA range is around $1-3M per year.
The SaaS companies we evaluate are typically low or no growth, but consistent performers with a diversified customer base and owned IP. Usually the original founders/investors are feeling the fatigue and are ready to move onto new ventures.
The traditional companies we are looking at have typically been through a life event or the owner is simply ready to retire and start living his or her best life.
B2B FOCUS
We focus on B2B businesses and occasionally look at simple B2C businesses with a strong customer base and also marketplaces.
